For sellers
How do I start selling via KUUL?
Connect with your Kirpparikalle / Puotimo account, select unsold items at the end of your rental period and ship them in one box to KUUL.
When do I get paid?
Each time an item sells, money goes into your Kuul Wallet. You can withdraw or use it to pay for services and buying other items.
Can I set a minimum price?
Yes. You decide the starting price and can limit how far automatic discounts are allowed to go.
For buyers
How does shipping work?
You can add many KUUL items into one cart and pay a single shipping fee. Everything is shipped from KUUL’s hub.
Can I return items?
Defective or wrong items are our cost. Change-of-mind returns follow the rules shown in the shop at checkout, in line with Finnish law.
