When you buy from individuals on different platforms, you often pay shipping for every person you buy from.
At KUUL you can:

- From many sellers and stores
- And pay shipping only once, as long as everything fits in one KUUL box
This makes multi-item orders significantly cheaper than buying from many individuals separately.
Curated second-hand
KUUL is not a random dumping ground. SR and the stores already filter the products during the rental period. KUUL then applies additional checks.
Items that are clearly unsellable or too low in value can be refused and donated. This protects both buyers and serious sellers.
Shipping & boxes
KUUL uses a box-based logistics model to keep shipping simple for buyers and predictable for sellers.
How shipping works
- Buyers pay a flat shipping fee per order
- Several items can be shipped together if they fit into one KUUL box
- Recycled inbound boxes from sellers are accepted
- All outbound shipments use KUUL standard boxes
Why this matters
This model lets KUUL negotiate national shipping contracts and keep buyer costs stable, while still leaving room for a small logistics margin that supports the service.
Quality rules & refusals
To protect buyers, sellers and the platform, KUUL cannot accept every item.
• We may refuse items that are clearly unsellable or too low in value.
• Refused items can go directly to donation without individual notice.
• If a seller repeatedly sends mainly unsellable items, KUUL may block future access.
Minimum recommended KUUL price per item is 5 €. Below that, there is usually not enough room to cover handling, logistics and seller payout.
