Selling

You should write everything relevant to the items description. For example If the item has any small details. It is advised to mention the color of the item, as the picture can look different. For instance dark blue can look black in a picture.

The buyers are often asking more details on the sizes for especially adults clothing. It is advised that you give full size detail whenever possible, you can even measure the size yourself if needed. Such measurements should be noted as self taken.

For instance it’s good to measure the inner length of a shoe and add it to the description.

The buyers will make their decision based solely on the information given. It is a good practice to think if you would buy your own item with the information you’ve given.

Any defects should also be noted precisely and truthfully. If the item does not match the given description the buyer can return the item and in such cases you won’t be receive sales credit for the item.

You can add multiple pictures of the item, if there are any defects you should take a picture of those as well.

If there are any pets in your household, those should be mentioned in the description.

Adding an item is fast and simple.

 

You just need to take the following steps:

 

Sign in to our service (requires customer account)
Choose a picture file, or take a picture with your phone/tablet.
Choose a category for the item.
Choose a subcategory for the item.
Give as describing name as possible. Like Winnie the Pooh T-shirt. You don’t need to add size or brand to the name of the item, as these will be added automatically based on the size and brand you select in additional information from their respective drop down menus.
In the description, please describe the item as accurately as possible. Things such as brand, color and fabric should be mentioned. If there are any pets in the household where the item was previously used it should be mentioned as well.
Example: Pink H&M cotton shirt with Winnie the Pooh logo. Dog in the household.
Give the price you wish to the item. Use dot (.) as a separator between euros and cents.
Choose the additional information for the item from the respective drop down menus.
Click save.

Selling items in Netflea.com service is easy, hassle-free and, above all, safe. As a seller, You don’t need to sort your flea market table, or answer questions about your items from other service users. You can do all this anonymously, i.e. the buyer and seller information will never be public in our service. Thanks to our centralized logistics you don’t need to send items to the buyers, we will do it for you. The revenue traffic is also centralized, so you don’t need to worry about it during the transactions.

You don’t need to:

  • Appear publicly as a seller to other users.
  • Send individual items to other users.
  • Answer questions about your items.
  • Accept reservations from other service users.
  • Give your bank account number to strangers.
  • Accept product returns or reclamations from other users.
  • Figure out what to do with unsold items.

There is no limit for the amount if items in your sales batch.

One batch must have at least 10 items.

When adding the items, please ensure that all items you want to sell are included.

When determining the condition of the items you wish to sell it is of primary importance to be honest. If the item does not match the condition, the buyer may return the item and in this case, the seller will not accumulate any funds on their sales account.

Buying

You can buy from Netflea.com the same way you’d buy from any other online store.
First, you need to find the items you wish to buy. You can do this by using our search tool or by
browsing through our categories.
When you find an item you want, add it to your shopping cart. Now, you can either continue adding
more items to your shopping cart or proceed to checkout. You can buy as many items as you want at
once, but remember that there is only one of each item.
At the checkout, you’ll need to add contact information. If you’re logged in, then this information
will be filled automatically based on the information you entered during registration process. If you
wish to change the automatically filled information, you can do so.
After this you need to choose the shipping method, currently you can only choose Posti’s parcel connect.
Then you need to choose the payment method, we offer variety of different methods and you can also use your sales credit or invite&earn credits to pay for your order.
If you posses a discount code, you can use it at the checkout. Just write it in the box reserved for it. 
Lastly just press the Order button to send out your order.
 
Please note, that if you’re in Finland you can choose Posti as shipping method, and have different payment methods available.

This concerns you if you are ordering from Finland.


You need to insert your address information before the delivery locations become visible. After inserting the information you can choose the delivery location as normal.

We deliver orders via Posti’s parcel connect to following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Luxemburg, Germany, Slovakia, Czech and Austria.


Shipping will cost 7.90€ regardless of country. We sometimes create campaigns where the shipping cost is less than 7.90€ you will see the final shipping cost at the checkout.


Please note, that if you are ordering in Finland we will ship it via Posti or Matkahuolto. You can choose which shipping method you want at the checkout as you enter your address information. The weight and the size will not affect the shipping cost.

At the moment you can choose any of the following:

-Smartpost will be delivered to chosen Posti dropbox (6.90€)
-Postipaketti will be shipped to chosen Post office (6.90€)
-Posti home delivery is 10,90€
-Matkahuolto delivery is 6,90€

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, delivery of goods shall be made within 3 – 6 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).


Please note that deliveries are not made on weekends and other holidays. Please note that in Finland, Sweden and Baltic countries deliveries are made to the nearest parcel shop Monday to Friday only. Home delivery is the standard in all other countries.
